Colostrum-IgG™
Colostrum-IgG™
Premier-IgG Colostrum contains bovine colostrum with numerous additional naturally occurring immunoglobulins supporting immunity. Plus essential amino acid Lactoferrin. Colostrum contains compounds that are essential for support of the immune system. Colostrum from the milk of pasture-fed cows contains important immunoglobulins similar to many human antibodies, such as Immunoglobulin G (IgG) – essential type of antibody of the immune system. IgG is the most common type of antibody in human blood representing 75% of serum antibodies. Research has shown that supplementation with bovine colostrum is able to enhance human immune function. Bovine colostrum is immune-active compound that contains a wide range of naturally occurring immune factors, amino acids, and growth factors to support the newborn’s immune health. Colostrum is secreted by the cow's mammary glands for about 3 days after giving birth.
Premier Colostrum is made from high quality organic milk using low heat processing and meets high purity standards. The milk is purchased from a select group of dairy farmers who obtain milk from grass fed animals grazing on natural pastures. The purity of our colostrum is verified through rigorous testing.
It is produced using ultra-filtration at a very low temperature to preserve the immino-active protein molecules, including naturally occurring immunoglobulins .
Many commercial colostrum products on the market are rapidly processed using high heat which can damage the essential immune factors in the colostrum.
